MAN STRUCK BY VAN IN CRITICAL CONDITION

It’s believed a altercation involving four people may have occurred before a man ran onto a Central Coast road last night, and was hit by a van.

The 23-year-old was struck on Wallarah Road at Kanwal at around 11:30, the impact throwing him into westbound lanes.

He’s undergone surgery and remains in a critical condition in hospital.

Police are investigating.
