Motorists on the north coast are being encouraged to consider options other than the Pacific Highway to reach their destination.
Roads Minister, Melinda Pavey, says there are ways around the bottlenecks of Woodburn and Ulmarra.
“There is another option, the Summerland Way is a beautiful road takes you into magnificent Grafton, lots of great spots to have a look at there and you can take some pressure off the road through Ulmarra and Woodburn, that is I think a good idea.”
The Minister reminding motorists that the Live Traffic website is a good way to check on traffic delays.
