COCAINE, CASH AND CANNABIS UNCOVERED ON THE GOLD COAST

Illicit drugs, cash and fireworks have been discovered in a house on the Gold Coast.

Police executed a search warrant at a Meadowlake Drive address in Carrara, where they allegedly found a quantity of cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, cash and fireworks.

A 30-year-old Carrara man has been charged with three counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of producing and supplying dangerous drugs, possessing explosives, and possessing property suspected of being the proceeds of an offence.

He will appear at the Southport Magistrates Court next month.
