HOPES ARE FADING TO FIND A BOY DRAGGED OUT TO SEA IN PORT MACQUARIE

Hopes are fading in the search for a Canberra boy, dragged out to sea by a rip at Port Macquarie yesterday.

Police, marine rescue, lifeguards and the Westpac helicopter swung into action today, but are yet to find any trace of the 11-year-old.
