Now to the story of a little boy who’s found himself in the fight of his life – for the second time.

NBN News first met Kane Ransom back in 2014, when he was diagnosed with leukaemia at just three years of age.

Now, after 18 months in remission, his family has received the devastating news his cancer has returned – and the Hunter is once again rallying behind them.
