CARNAGE LEFT AFTER CAR CRASHES INTO TUMBI UMBI HOME

A trail of destruction has been left in Tumbi Umbi, after a driver allegedly crashed a car into a home overnight.

It’s believed around 10:40 the driver lost control at a roundabout on the corner of Eastern and Tumbi Roads.

A brick fence and external wall has been left with extensive damage…luckily no one was injured.

A 58-year-old man has been charged with high-range drink driving.

A court date is still to be set.
