MONEY FLOWS FOR WERRIS CREEK WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Following more than a decade of discussions, the state government has finally contributed money towards the upgrade of Werris Creek’s water treatment plant.

The $27-million project will see a new plant built, as well as a pipeline connecting the town to Quipolly Dam.
