BOLTERS STRUCK DOWN

The Regional Bash Twenty20 campaign started brightly, but Northern Inland has been bundled out in Coffs Harbour.

Taking on the hosts this morning, the north west outfit couldn’t contain the Chargers batsmen.

Jai Tasker took three wickets, as the Bolters conceded 156 runs.

“Outfield’s a tiny bit slow, but the wicket’s really good. They played pretty well.”

They fell 25 short of the target, before Northern Rivers belted them by 73 runs this afternoon.
