TAMWORTH LOCALS CONGRATULATED FOR EFFORTS

The Quality Hotel Powerhouse has taken out this year’s business category, of the Tamworth Access Awards today.

Staff commended for their efforts in training people with a disability in the kitchen.

While there were joint winners in the individual section, with Shirley Ryan and Joy Carr sharing the spoils.

Both working in Nundle, Carr was the driving force behind the Esi Access Walkway at Nundle Recreation Ground.

While Ryan helped raise $4,000 for the project.
