NEW COACH AT GRAND FINALIST

Wayne Saunders has taken on the first grade coaching reins of the Narrabri Blues for 2018.

It follows a successful year for the club, reaching its first Group 4 grand final since 1991.

Players are already familiar with Saunders’ approach, having run conditioning sessions for them this season.

A light pre-season training run will be held on December 7, with planning to continue for next year.
