MICRO NAMED CHAMPIONS OF SPORT’S COACH OF THE YEAR

Avoca’s Glenn ‘Micro’ Hall has a new accolade to add to the trophy cabinet, named Coach of the Year at the inaugural New South Wales Champions of Sport Awards overnight.

The former pro-surfer turned coach is taking the world tour circuit by storm, leading Matt Wilkinson to one of his strongest ever finishes.

He’s also guided reigning world champ Tyler Wright towards title contention for a second year running.

Hall is currently in Hawaii, waiting for the Vans World Cup and Pipeline Masters to get underway.
