CANADA NO MATCH FOR JILLAROOS IN SEMI FINAL

In rugby league, and the Jillaroos are into the women’s World Cup final, following a big win over Canada in this afternoon’s semi final in Sydney.

The Australian’s were on the board inside two minutes.

North Newcastle representative Isabelle Kelly had a double before the break.

The home side went on with the job in the second half, with Ruan Sims and Steph Hancock among the scorers.

The Jillaroos eventually won the game 58 points to six and will now play New Zealand in the World Cup final on Saturday in Brisbane.
