JETS HIT BY INJURY CONCERNS AHEAD OF VICTORY CLASH

A major blow for the Newcastle Jets, with the league’s leading goalscorer Roy O’Donovan set to miss three to four weeks with a grade one groin tear.
Andrew Nabbout will replace him up front against the Melbourne Victory on Thursday.
“I’ve played there a few times at Victory and I’m comfortable there, it’s a bit different, you have to be a little bit more patient.”
Keeper Jack Duncan has also been ruled out with a foot injury, with Glen Moss returning from international duty to take his place.
Nabbout says the changes won’t alter the game plan.
“We need to go out guns blazing from the get go and really show that we’re here to make finals and not give them as much respect as other teams would.”
