PARTNER OF MATHEW DUNBAR REMAINS IN CUSTODY, CHARGED WITH MURDER

The partner of north west farmer Mathew Dunbar remains in custody tonight, after facing court in Tamworth today charged with his murder.

Natasha Darcy-Crossman is accused of killing the 42-year-old, who was found unresponsive at his property just outside Walcha on August 2nd.

Mr Dunbar was part of farming groups, including the Walcha Poultry Club, and had lived in the town much of his life.

“Mathew was a bloke that never did anyone any harm in his life. He just lived his life and helped people.”

Darcy-Crossman is due back in court tomorrow.
