LOCAL GYMNASTS CONQUERING THE WORLD

It’s been a strong start for Tamworth Gymnastics Club at Singapore’s Prime Invitational, with athletes among the medals in levels five and six.

Georgia Goodwin won all events except floor, on the way to being crowned level six senior overall champion today.

Annalise Tighe also performed strongly, coming in second in the level six junior grade.

While overnight, Abbey McGrath finished second overall in the level five senior category, after claiming silver on vault and bars.

Ella Constable and Kelsey Dietrich were also the top two among the floor routines.

Sophie Weekes continued the North West’s strong form on floor, claiming victory in the level five junior division.

Overall, Tamworth won the level six teams challenge, and finished third among the level fives.
