A 64 year old man has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital following an accident at a work site on Comboyne Street in Kendall around 11:30 this morning.
A machines roll cage reportedly fell on the mans legs, causing pelvic and back injuries.
He was driven by ambulance to Taree airport where he was transferred into a Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
The man is believed to be in a stable condition.
