70 PER CENT OF NEW ENGLAND CONNECTED TO THE NBN

Almost 60,000 homes and businesses across the New England have now been connected to the National Broadband Network.

New England MP Barnaby Joyce says connections are continuing to roll out across the electorate, with Kootingal next on the list.

More than 4000 homes at Hillvue and South Tamworth will be connected by December 1.
