OVER 40 CHARGES LAID INTO ALLEGED BREAK AND ENTER OFFENCES

45 charges have been laid against a man on the Far North Coast in relation to break and enter and property offences, dating back to June this year.

The 41-year-old was arrested yesterday in Kingscliff, after police recieved reports of a stolent Kia Carnival in the area.

During a search of the car, police allegedly located house breaking implements, car keys believed to be stolen, and stolen identification documents.

The man was charged with break and enter, stolen motor vehicle, and stealing offences.

He was also found to have three outstanding warrants in Queensland.

A 36-year-old woman was also arrested in the vehicle at the time, and was charged with being driven in a stolen vehicle.
