High level cloud is now streaking across the country. A succession of fronts will sweep over the south east generating strong hot NW winds tonight and tomorrow morning before the cooler winds of Spring return.
So another very hot September day is on the way for northern NSW and SE QLD but to the south the cloud will increase and some limited shower activity will develop.
Temperatures will finally begin to fall but it will stay remain warm for September.
