The NSW Electoral Commission’s case against the State Member for Wallsend Sonia Hornery has been dropped.
The charge of misusing information on the electoral roll was dismissed by the Court.
This latest development brings to an end nine months of investigations.
MP Hornery thanked the Wallsend community for its support.
