Four people have been taken to hospital after a blaze gutted a unit on the Gold Coast overnight.
Police say the fire took hold at around 11pm at Government Road address in Labrador.
The four people inside at the time managed to flee the unit, and fire crews extinguished the blaze but the building was substantially damaged.
A 49-year-old woman sustained burns to her face and smoke inhalation
Two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy were taken to hospital for observation.
