Clarence Valley health services may be in for a boost, if a development application for a new private hospital and medical centre in Grafton is approved.
The Albion Hotel is a historically significant site, but would be in for a major upgrade if the 30 bed and four story development goes ahead.
The $12.5-million specialist medical centre would neighbour Grafton Base Hospital.
