MOTORCYCLIST CRITICAL AFTER NABIAC CRASH

A 63-year-old Bulahdelah motorcyclist is in a critical condition in Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital, after colliding with a four-wheel-drive at Nabiac late yesterday.

The accident – on the Pacific Highway – happened shortly after 6pm.

“emergency serices found a male motor bike rider in a critical condition on the side of the roadf next to a Toyota four-wheel-drive.”

The man’s injuries meant he could not be airlifted, and he was transported by road ambulance from Nabiac.

The 73-year-old driver of the four-wheel-drive underwent mandatory testing.
