NEMINGHA TO NUNDLE EXPERIENCES SURGE IN POPULARITY

A new pre-registration system has the Tamworth Cycle Club targeting record entry numbers for Sunday’s Nemingha to Nundle ride.

The handicap system means anyone can win, with another tight finish expected.

Inexperienced cyclists are looking forward to the challenge.

“A lot of new cyclists have signed up. We’ve got about 11 women signed up for the 40 kilometre event. That’s a first for that many females being involved.”

Riders start leaving Nemingha Hall from 9am.
