GAV’S WEATHER – WET START TO THE WEEKEND

The low in the Bight is producing some welcome inland rain for NSW.

Moisture content has increased with the cloud cover building over Queensland as the two troughs merge.

The slow moving system will move into eastern NSW. There it will link up with the trough in the north and draw some tropical moisture southward.

This will help feed the system as it passes delivering some widespread welcome inland .

Fall across the NBN region will be patchy with the better fall along the coast and in the far north-west areas in between will be only receive small amounts of rain.
