A 31-year-old Taree man is in custody tonight, charged over a damaging rampage at Manning Base Hospital.
Police claim the man aggressively threw a row of chairs against the glass panel of hospital’s reception twice around 5am, before being dealt with by security.
The man has been charged with malicious damage and breach of bail.
