MAN AIRLIFTED AFTER MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT IN WINGHAM

A 24-year-old man has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital, after crashing his motorbike into a fence at Wingham this morning.

The rider lost control of his bike on Gloucester Road just after 5am.

He remains in a stable condition with a fractured arm and pelvic injuries.

Thank you to Wingham abattoir plant manager Mr Shane Rutledge and their medical officer who assisted emergency workers and phoned family member Cameron Cuthbertson who bravely attended the scene of the accident to assist his brother.
