More than 40 people including police, local Rangers, and SES have continued their search for a man missing west of the Gold Coast.
The 65-year-old was reported missing in the Lamington National Park area on the morning of March 29.
Police say he was walking with a sightseeing group when he failed to return to a pre-arranged meeting point.
Concerns are held for his welfare due to his lack of clothing and supplies.
Extreme weather from ex-cyclone Debbie initially hampered searchers in locating the missing person, but rescuers hope to get helicopters in the air shortly as conditions improve.
