FIREARMS, CANNABIS, AND FIREWORKS ALLEGEDLY SEIZED IN WYONG HOUSE SEARCH

A man has been charged with illegally manufacturing firearms following the search of a home on the Central Coast.

Since November 2015, Strike Force Raptor has been investigating the activities of the Burwood Chapter of the Rebels OMCG.

Their investigations led officers to execute a search warrant at a home in Wyong, around 6:20am yesterday.

Police allegedly seized unregistered firearms, 3kg of cannabis, and fireworks during the search.

In addition, police allege the 46-year-old male resident was in the process of manufacturing a firearm part.

The man had his firearms license suspended, and was charged with a number of gun-related offences.

He will appear at Wyong Local Court on the 19th of April.
