A three-year-old girl has died after being hit by a truck on the mid north coast.
Shortly after 8am, emergency services were called to a residence in Grafton, where they found the toddler critically injured.
She was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Grafton Base Hospital, where she sadly passed away.
The 31-year-old driver has undergone mandatory testing.
