A man will front court later this year, charged over a fatal crash on the Central Coast in January.
Back in mid-January, a 20-year-old woman died in a four-car collision at the intersection of Motorway Link Road and Blue Haven Way in Blue Haven.
Her passenger, a 34-year-old woman, remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Two others, a 78-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman were also taken to hospital.
Subsequent inquiries led police to issue the 78-year-old with a Future Court Attendance Notice for dangerous driving occasioning death, and negligent driving occasioning death.
He is scheduled to appear in court in May.
