ECSTASY ALLEGEDLY DISCOVERED ON A MAN TRAVELLING WITHOUT TRAIN TICKET
A man initially stopped for not having a valid train ticket will face court later this week, after allegedly being found in possession of more than 230 ecstasy tablets.
Police first spoke to the 19-year-old at around 9:15 last night, on a southbound train at Wyong on the Central Coast.
During a subsequent search, police allegedly seized 238 ecstasy tablets, as well as MDMA capsules, cannabis, diazepam and a knife.
The man, from Gorokan, was charged with drug offences and having a knife in public place.
He’s due to appear in Gosford Local Court this Friday.
