BAKER DEFEATED IN SEMIS BY EVENTUAL CHAMPION OHHARA

Merewether’s Jackson Baker scored two nines at Avoca yesterday, to advance to the quarter finals of the Central Coast Pro.

Today he was knocked out in the semis, as his rival, Hiroto Ohhara, went one better.

Baker scored an early eight point five.

But the Japanese rider produced three straight nines, finishing with a heat total of 19 point six five.

Despite his best efforts, Jackson was eliminated, as Ohhara went on to win the contest.
