A new venture is opening doors for young Aboriginal people wanting to start a career in hospitality.
A food van, at the Gosford Hospital redevelopment site, is helping provide training and employment opportunities locally.
And it’s just the beginning.
“our vision is to open a canteen franchise and then in that space we are looking at community so we can set them up all over the state and even nationally.”
The van is the latest initiative to be introduced on the Central Coast to assist young indigenous people gain employment.
