Lennox Head surfer Jai Glinderman has taken out a first place title at the Rip Curl GromSearch in Narrabeen today.

He faced off against fellow Lennox Head surfer Jack O’Brien in the 12-and-under boys finals.

O’Brien put up a good fight, but ultimately lost, scoring 10.93 to Glinderman’s 14.34.

Meanwhile, Lennox Head surfer Nyxie Ryan dominated in the 14-and-under girls, taking out the win against Wooli’s Carly Shanahan.
