MAN ALLEGEDLY RETURNS POSITIVE BREATH TEST WITH SON IN THE VEHICLE
A driver allegedly returned a breath test six times the legal alcohol limit on the Gold Coast overnight.
As part of the Christmas road safety campaign in Queensland, police intercepted a 44-year-old Labrador man at Witherin, who allegedly provided a reading of 0.3.
Police say the man’s adolescent son was a front seat passenger.
As officers drove the boy home, the man allegedly exited the police vehicle and became abusive.
He’s been issued with a court appearance notice.
