A 22 year old man arrested in Kempsey yesterday has faced court, charged with shooting a man in Nambucca Heads last month.
The 21 year old victim was shot in the stomach outside a unit block in Raleigh Street on November 6, but has since recovered.
His alleged assailant will remain in custody over Christmas and will next face court in the new year.
