Lismore’s largest annual race meet, continues to draw an impressive crowd.
Whether they were there for the fashion or a bet – thousands packed the turf club this afternoon, for the 2016 Lismore Cup.
Larry Cassidy trained roughie ‘Collaboration’ won the 2016 Cup, by a whopping ten lengths.
Backers of Collaboration collected $20.90 for the win and $5.90 for the place.
Second-placed Scotty Be Gotti paid out $3.20, while third-placed Outstrip was paying $2.40
The winning trifecta paid just under $2,000.
