Exactly one week after the sacking of coach Scott Miller, the Jets are getting on with preparations for the A-League season, unveiling their strip at a photo shoot at Hunter Stadium.
“We’ve moved on the best we can as the players job is to play, we saw that on the weekend against Edgeworth.”
This Sunday, the Jets face Tim Cahill’s Melbourne City in Ballarat.
Jason Hoffman admits some players could be in awe of the Socceroos great.
“In saying that it is good to get it out of the way and it gives us a measure of his capabilities in the Melbourne City side going into the A-League season.”
