ASPECT HUNTER SCHOOL CELEBRATES 50 YEARS
There was reason to celebrate today at the Aspect Hunter School, as students and teachers marked the service’s 50th birthday.
Aspect, which provides tailored education to children with Autism, was first established in Sydney by a group of local families.
It now runs eight schools across the state, including one in Thornton.
“For families in the Hunter it makes a world of difference because it means their children are ready for school,” said Principal Liz Murray.
