A man has been charged after a Byron Bay father and son allegedly came to blows over the weekend.
Police arrived to find the 54 year old lying unconscious on Milton Street around 10.30 on Saturday night.
He was rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital with head injuries.
His 32 year old son was charged over the attack and will front Byron Bay local court next week.
