Construction is set to begin this week on the Terrigal Haven Boat ramp upgrade.
Improvements include re-surfacing the ramp to improve the facility plus installing access platforms and stairs.
The New South Wales Government provided $750,000 towards the $1-million upgrade.
” We’re seeing such increased use with recreational boating here on the Central Coast we have some of the best beaches in New South Wales and obviously great fishing spots and so this boat ramp was in desperate need of an upgrade”
The makeover is set to be completed within the next three months.
