Kariong easily accounted for Lakes while Avoca Beach beat Gosford 23 to 10.

The home side was on the back foot early, Gosford winger Chris Heap scoring the opening try to give this side an early lead

Sharks Centre Matt Anderson levelled the scores, before fellow centre Mitch Jacob put the home side in front

Two penalty goals in the last quarter saw the game out of reach for Gosford, Avoca winning by 13 points
