A small group of Rotarians were given a rare opportunity to gain singing tips from one of the best in the business today

Jonathon Welch from the Choir of Hard Knocks is one of the guests of honour at this weekend’s Rotary District conference in Taree.

The event has attracted members from 56 different clubs as far west as Lightning Ridge.

“to have 400 people join us in the Manning Valley is a real treat and um certainly see to fruition Maurie’s vision of utilising the river bank and promote the tourism in Taree and the Manning Valley,” Conference Chair Person Adam Sharpe said.

The event wraps up tomorrow.
