A 30-year-old man, allegedly stabbed by his brother at Lambton, is in a stable condition at John Hunter Hospital.
Police say an altercation took place between the pair at their home on Rudd Street yesterday morning.
It’s alleged the 24-year-old stabbed his older brother four times in the chest with a steak knife.
He was later charged with malicious wounding.
