Garrett Parkes has cruised into the sixth round of the Central Coast Pro at Avoca, following another impressive performance today.
The Byron Bay local won his round 5 heat convincingly – an 8.5 ride setting him up with a total score of 14.9.
Unfortunately fellow Byron surfer (kye-ess) Kyuss King and Angourie’s Chris Zaffis weren’t so lucky.
Both bowed out in their fourth round heats.
