This Thursday was supposed to be D-day for a $23-million housing development at Whitebridge.
But due to complaints from residents about a lack of notification, a crucial Joint Regional Planning Panel meeting has been moved to mid-December.
The JRPP will a determination on the 89 unit complex – the developer says it has responded to the panel’s previous suggestions.
