Coffs Clarence police are appealing to the public for information following a recent spate of home invasions.
This afternoon, detectives searched a home on Sawtell Road in Sawtell for clues, after it was ransacked late Sunday night.
They’re investigating the possibility of a link with a similar crime on the same night, at a property on Boultwood Street, where a 45-year-old man with was attacked by three males.
“The investigation is ongoing, I’m concerned about the nature of this type of crime, it does have the hallmarks of being possibly drug or otherwise related.” Det Insp Darren Jameson.
