WYONG SES SHOWS OFF NEW TOY
The Wyong SES unit is now be more equipped, after receiving a new state-of-the-art rescue vehicle.
The truck is worth more than a quarter of a million dollars and includes a six metre light mast and more accessible ladders, for rescues.
Matt Le Clercq, from the unit, says the vehicle would have been invaluable during the region’s recent super storms.
The State Emergency Service is aiming to roll out standardised trucks over the next few years.
