NO PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR NEWCASTLE SHOW

There’ll be no public holiday for Lake Macquarie next Friday to coincide with the annual Newcastle Regional Show.

State Treasurer Mike Baird knocked back the request from Lake council today – the same day the show committee launched the 2014 event.
